How do I confirm my order was successful?
You will receive a confirmation email. Please endeavor to fill in your active email address on your billing details when checking out.
Can I pay for an extra photographer /videographer and how much?
Yes. Such payments can be made offline at the designated outlet (pickup store) Additional cost will depend on the number of hours for your coverage.
Can I request for my products to be delivered?
No, we don’t offer a delivery service at the moment, but we can deliver to the nearest Studio24 Outlet to you.
Do you cover events outside the states where your outlets are located?
Yes we do.
How many outlets do you have and where are they located?

Can I bring in an old picture for enhancement?
Yes. We retouch old pictures.
Should my service outlet be the same as my pick up outlet?
Yes for proper record purposes.
How do I search for Packages?
